The early check-in at 09:00 was awesome after my tiring flight! the free coffee at reception was a real treat anytime, which i totally appreciated. bedding felt soft and the room was big, so clean. Even mosquito nets covered the bathroom window and sliding door.
sink didn't work, shower head water leaked, i noticed that the bed had a sound everywhere plus the place was quite far to walk from the airport.

the hotel is located close to the airport. i appreciated the short taxi ride. i found a good pad thai vendor right around the corner. the availability of multiple buildings shows positive growth and consistent service, i think.
carrying luggage to the higher floors was a bit inconvenient. this absence could be a problem with mobility issues or heavy bags.

the breakfast starts super early at 4 am. this is awesome for catching those early flights. they got good coffee shops close. lots of massage places nearby are so convenient.
i felt disappointed about this. staff didnt bring umbrellas when raining. i had to bring my luggage myself from the reception to the room.

the location is very near to the airport. i was able to walk there and i appreciated the local thai neighborhood with its various food options and shops. the hotel offered a transfer to the airport for 40 baht per person.
the room i stayed in was not the same as the pictures advertised. there were some mosquitoes in the room, and i got bitten during the night. the bathroom had a stagnant water smell, and the air conditioning did not seem clean.
